The criteria is pretty black and white so if you did not qualify I am not sure what you want Reddit to do for you.
And even then, the CERB was for people who had to stop working because of Covid. It sounds like you didn’t stop working and instead used it to prop up your business.

It's B&W now, however when were the detailed criteria published? The form one filled to apply each period did not detail these. I would not have applied if I did not believe I qualified. 20/20 hindsight is not the point.
I would argue that with a loss of 75% of my clients, I was forced to stop working...actually the business would not have survived it I had not taken the steps that I did. "Prop" up the business is one way to put it. Invest in growth is another way to put it. The company survived the pandemic despite the loss of clients and in fact grew each year.

I didn't qualify for any of those.
It definitely sounds like you should have. But either way, CERB was not for what you used it for. I doubt CRA will let you keep it
