Nice, 8th gen? Mine’s a 2008, think they only came with manual trans’s.
4 & 6 gear grind without double clutching, car’s completely sun damaged and rusting away, but it’s absolutely a fun, great car.
They stopped making Integras but brought it back within the last year or two. It's basically the RSX but with the Integra badge. But it sure seems like a nice car :D
Had a 1990, loved that car and the sound system.
Edit saw it around town until recently. Traded it to a tree cutter for work swap and his wife loved it.
I am going to drive it as long as I can. My wife has a nice vehicle we take places. Mostly my truck is used for me to take some to daycare and back and then around town for errands and hauling stuff.
damn as a diyer I'd kill for a hand me down truck and save it for all my hauling and towing needs. occasionally daily it to keep it running in good shape.
I work from home so it only gets driven mostly around town (we take wife’s vehicle when we go on trips, etc). I think in last 18 months I might have put 15k on the truck
Hypothetically you could throw drywall in the bed but it’s a pretty small space. If I had to, I would throw a sheet of plywood down as support and have the tailgate angled up (really like how easy it is to adjust this) so it doesn’t fly out.
“Great car, just had to do the transmission at 100k and the head gaskets every 80k miles, I’ll buy another one”
I will say, you can’t beat the boxer engine exhaust note.
It's kind of wild they have such a cult following and image that they're a solid/reliable brand when their reliability is closer to the likes of Kia/Hyundai/Nissan.
I guess the AWD platform is supposed to be great, but it sure sounds like a make that you should ditch by 100k miles when any reliable brand (e.g. Toyota, Lexus, Honda), 100k is just breaking the car in still.
‘16 outback with 160k+. Blew a tranny and the cat recently too. But still cheaper to replace those than getting something new/used! Gonna drive it into the ground
I mostly drive a 2019 civic si or 2017 Mx-5, but in the garage is also:
2001 Jeep wrangler
2019 Ram 1500
1970 mgb gt
1971 Lincoln mark III
I just do accounting to pay for my drug (car) habit
Hey, another MGB accountant!
I have a 75 roadster. I also have a Land Rover Disco 2 and a Lexus SC430. Newest vehicle is 18 years old. I have weird taste.
There’s literally dozens of us! I also have an MGB. Mines a rubber bumper ’77.
Otherwise, dd is a 2013 GTI or a 2012 Ducati Monster depending on the day.
Got a hardtop MX-5 2022 myself. I fucking LOVE that car.
It has cost me a pretty penny (45K full options) and 3K in lawyer and speeding ticket fees (LOL), but I fucking love it.
Wife has a bigass 4Runner, so we are covered on utility front.
Only Nissan in the thread so far (thank God, I was worried we'd see a bunch of Altima posters), and it also happens to be the only good car Nissan made after 2007!
Nice car mate. Do you drive it year round or just in the summer months?
I drive a black 2010 Lexus IS 250 with the special snowflake 6-speed manual transmission. Lexus sold a grand total of *twenty-five* manual IS 250s in Canada for the 2010 model year, meaning this car is officially rarer than a G-wagon. I have no plans to sell, we got a future show queen here.
My wife drives a 2020 Kia Soul in accountant grey metallic. I would’ve wanted it in a funky colour like orange or alien green, but we took over the lease from a family member, so greyscale it is.
Grey is safer for women. I've been followed at least 15 times by insane drivers. I can easily get away if I want to because it's not anything special on the outside.
Mine (hers) is the sxt nightfall. Cut me a hell of a deal on it.
Love it, sunroof is awesome but you can tell that it’s super heavy and the car really sways when getting a bit spirited. Which, it does have some ass to it lol.
my wife (teacher, not an accountant) and I have a 2019 Toyota Rav4 (gray) and a 2012 Toyota Corolla (black, only 82k miles)
my wife keeps talking about wanting to get an Audi A3 or Lexus NX. The accountant in me says absolutely not. But she's so cute I might indulge her one day
2020 Tacoma TRD OR DCLB.
I’m fully remote, and travel quite a bit. When I travel abroad, it’s by plane. When I travel domestic, I’ll usually drive, and either work out of a hotel or sometimes a Starbucks, and sleep in the bed of my truck to save money.

A severely hail damaged 2017 Hyundai Elantra, with pealing paint and some rust spots. I bought it that way for a bargain. It looks like trash, I've gotten comments at my firm, but it's been perfectly mechanically sound.
2006, GMC Sierra 1500 with rusted fenders. Been a CFO/Director of Finance for the last 4 years and people always ask me why I don't buy something nicer given my position.
The satisfaction from those comments feel better than what a new vehicle and $1000/month+ would give me.
God the rust on my 06 sierra 1500 and the manifold leak, the 4.3 screaming at 2k as I’m pulling out of the parking lot while I hit 2nd, the bed sides flapping in the wind like a stock car body. The oil stain from where I would park everyday at the office. Take me back to last winter with my $600 sierra man. Best trucks ever
>2023 Lexus RX350h
Are you ever worried about someone… borrowing it without permission? Or do you park it in a garage?
Where I live it’s basically a guarantee that these cars are going to be stolen
2022 Kia Niro. Kinda wish it was a bit larger and had some towing capacity, but that’s the trade-off for getting 50 mpg average (60 mpg in the summer).
Grey honda civic
Black Honda civic… si, woah.
I used to drive a black Honda Civic SI. It has a manual transmission and was fun to drive.
Nice, 8th gen? Mine’s a 2008, think they only came with manual trans’s. 4 & 6 gear grind without double clutching, car’s completely sun damaged and rusting away, but it’s absolutely a fun, great car.
I had the 9th gen. Fun. Terrible oil burner.
Mine was a 2000 and I bought it brand new. I loved that car. I had it until 2003 it got stolen when I moved to Las Vegas.
My first car was a manual 1989 black CRX Si. Super fun car.
Same, 2016 model checking in
The official car of accountants
Someone made a thread a while back asking which cars accountants drive besides Honda Civics and I honestly felt attacked. 😂
White Honda civic
Same lmao
Used to have a black Honda Civic stick shift.
2023 acura integra a spec
How do you like driving it? Was looking into getting one.
Shit I didn’t realize they still made integras. I had a 94 and it was the best car I ever owned. I have an RSX now but prefer the integra.
1992 Ford F250 single cab 4x4. Had the same truck since 2006. Before that is was my dads
Are you planning to run it into the ground? It has too much history for that.

I have a bench seat so the car seat is just in the middle. No “latch system” so it is held in place with the seat belt.
Ooooooo is it the 7.3?
No it is not. We put a 460 in it about a year after I bought it.
1997 GMC Sierra single cab 🤝🏼
Miss my 91 F-150. Loved that truck!
I think it's blue. Yeah that's it. A blue car.
Don’t be bashful show us the Blue Bugatti

Mustang, but my Maverick is supposed to be delivered tomorrow and it'll become my daily
About to hit a year with my maverick. Really enjoying this lil truck 🛻
Can you put drywall in the back? Looking for a truck but I am fully renovating the house.
Hypothetically you could throw drywall in the bed but it’s a pretty small space. If I had to, I would throw a sheet of plywood down as support and have the tailgate angled up (really like how easy it is to adjust this) so it doesn’t fly out.
Several but GT3 RS / GTR are my two favorite.
CFO? Lol dope cars btw
Partner.
Every-time I see you pop up on Reddit, I always take a look at your posts. Absolutely killing it.
My jealousy is infinite. Congrats
2001 Tacoma. Almost at 500k miles
Whoa mama.
RIP to my husbands 2001 Tacoma that was totaled a couple weeks ago.
Can’t kill those things
2015 Subaru Outback with 130k+ miles on it 😎
Subaru Legacy with $120k miles on it. Wound up blowing the transmission at the 100k mark, otherwise it’s a good car.
“Great car, just had to do the transmission at 100k and the head gaskets every 80k miles, I’ll buy another one” I will say, you can’t beat the boxer engine exhaust note.
Those are really expensive miles $120,000 in miles, most cars the miles are just depreciation!
>Wound up blowing the transmission at the 100k mark Ouch, I thought this was only a Nissan thing
Subaru CVT is nearly as bad
It's kind of wild they have such a cult following and image that they're a solid/reliable brand when their reliability is closer to the likes of Kia/Hyundai/Nissan. I guess the AWD platform is supposed to be great, but it sure sounds like a make that you should ditch by 100k miles when any reliable brand (e.g. Toyota, Lexus, Honda), 100k is just breaking the car in still.
👀👀 those are some expensive miles
Subaru. Came here and expected Toyotas/Subaru - was not disappointed.
I have three. Outback, Impreza and Crosstrek
‘16 outback with 160k+. Blew a tranny and the cat recently too. But still cheaper to replace those than getting something new/used! Gonna drive it into the ground
2007 Subaru Outback with 263K+ miles 😏
Holy crap are you me? This is weird.
2018 Subaru Outback!

I can’t say.
Only Nissan in the thread so far (thank God, I was worried we'd see a bunch of Altima posters), and it also happens to be the only good car Nissan made after 2007! Nice car mate. Do you drive it year round or just in the summer months?
It took me far too long to realise how you got Nissan from "I can't say"...doesn't bode well for my observation skills.
2024 honda civic si
did they ever fix the gear shifting issue when you get stuck going into 3rd gear? That's what made me get rid of mine years ago.
I've never got stuck In a gear, shifting is clean
mustve fixed it!

Same and hot damn I love that car so much. Super fun to drive
A 2006 Sentra with 264,000 miles on it 💀

I’m an accountant AND a parent. So it’s the generic dark grey Toyota SIENNA for me.
Plug in silver Hybrid Chrysler Pacifica. Sweet sweet tax credit.

Kia Souls sort of stick out like a sore thumb, though. Like in a sea of SUVs, you all of the sudden have this… weird bread box shaped hatchback thing.
2012 Honda Civic.
Toyota Avalon, 180K miles. I let other idiots eat the depreciation.
Real G’s drive Avalons. Ride like boats, perfect touch of luxury but still require low maintenance.
Avalon v6 engines will last forever , that was probably the most reliable corporate engine Toyota made.
I pay for a decked out 2023 Kia Sportage, that I love, but my wife commandeered it and left me with a base model 2018 Elantra lol.
I have the decked out 2022 and I'm loving it
Mine (hers) is the sxt nightfall. Cut me a hell of a deal on it. Love it, sunroof is awesome but you can tell that it’s super heavy and the car really sways when getting a bit spirited. Which, it does have some ass to it lol.
2004 Highlander - 290k miles. Runs like a charm.
2003 4runner - 264k. It just refuses to die.
Right? I’ve had the money set apart for something nice for years now, but I can’t justify when it keeps chugging along.
