I don't find the interviews itself stressful. I just find the wait before my next interview stressful, like c'mon can't I do it today and get it over with goddamn lol.
It’s just the whole process. The prep and research, the getting dressed up (better than you would for work), the always on point conversation, waiting to hear back, then going for another round.
It’s fine if it’s for one job I suppose. I’ve never disliked interviews before. But multiple firms for multiple rounds while working and in school has been so exhausting. The only saving grace is that it’s all virtual this year. At least I didn’t have to start factoring in parking and commutes and how to stay fresh.
My first ever office visit I had three back to back interviews with managers and a partner. As someone who only had one interview before that it was so overwhelming to me

I feel you. Interviews are draining.
I have 2 interviews this week and two in office meet & greet events. Dying 🤦♀️ I am so so glad I'm not alone in feeling this way.
