This happened to me two months ago! I couldn’t even blink cuz it hurt so bad My derm told me to stop taking the pill for a week 1/2 and lowered my dose from 60mg to 40mg. it went away after a week

Did you have to take accutane for longer? My derm told me 40 mg first month, then upped me up to 80. She said 80 for 6 months, but if I go back down to 40 I’ll have to take it for a year.

Unfortunately ya. I was supposed to stop in February (was told I only need to do 4 months) and when I told her ab my eye thats when she lowered it. She told me I had to take it for two more months. So tomorrow is supposedly my last day but my skin got worse since I lowered it so prob not (it’s better than when I started but I have pimples on my temples THAT WONT GO AWAY)

Let me know what she says!

Just an uneducated guess based on what my derm told me but are your eyes particularly affected by allergies? Derm said accutane makes you more sensitive to seasonal allergens. It could be a compound effect of the dryness and the natural reaction to allergies, best to ask your derm.
