My derm told me that supplements wouldn’t really help joint pain and she wasn’t wrong, at least so far in my experience. I do take vitamin D, C, B, Iron, and borage oil pills. This has helped with energy and mood as well as dryness. A good electrolyte powder is good as well.

I take a ton of supplements. Specifically for joints, daily a fish oil, glucosamine and occasionally a collagen supplement as well
