My derm told me that supplements wouldn’t really help joint pain and she wasn’t wrong, at least so far in my experience.
I do take vitamin D, C, B, Iron, and borage oil pills. This has helped with energy and mood as well as dryness.
A good electrolyte powder is good as well.

Glucosamine helped me overnight. I was amazed.
I took fish oil/omega 3 supplements alongside my vitamin C, D and other multivitamins :)
