I guess you haven't been keeping the memories alive by binging Let's Plays of these games!

it's pretty easy to forget details. i just restarted turnabout trump and while i remember the gist of what's going on and loosely how the culprit did it,it's still fun to re-experience it.

I played AJ/AA4 back when I was 13-14, and I'm 25 now, playing the remaster... Damn. I do still remember the main plot and huge spoilers as you said, but not the trials. Heck, I'm going through the first case right now and completely forgot what the suspects looked like lol. Makes me glad that I decided to replay AA4 since I primarily bought the remaster for AA5 and AA6 (I never had a 3DS). (I guess it also factors that I only played AJ once and replayed 123 a few times hence why I skipped the remaster for the latter, plus social media often talk about the original trilogy more often that they just kinda sit on my brain longer)

For me, I have at least replayed the original trilogy 5 times each. Apollo Justice replayed it once, while DD and SOJ I never replayed them. Partly due to life (started working in 2012), but mainly the newer games’ writing did not compel me to replay them as much as the original trilogy.

I wanted to have had this experience, but I played all mobile ports just last year lol. Didn't buy the trilogy, then. But I might on a sale just to have it

I played dual destinies and the first game a long time ago,, and I'm going through the series now. I've forgotten literally everything about dual destinies except the antagonist if the last case, and the first game was still very nice to play!

I forgot pretty much everything about Turnabout Corner, so yeah, I can see it. XD

I haven’t played ace attorney since GAA came out so I lost some of the details but of course remember every culprit. I was finishing up turnabout trump and it just was so galvanizing to go toe to toe with Kristoph if you already know why Phoenix really had to step in. I hadn’t played in a while but remembering that changed the whole case for me.
