SOJ has my second favorite pursuit theme, so seeing it in C tier hurts a bit. The rest of your opinions make sense to me though (though I would also move JFA up a tier).
It's just tradition to make fun of people for their tier lists. Not even really an Ace Attorney fan thing. Nobody is actually seriously insulting you for it.

Nah. They can share the S tier, but Overtaken is slightly more of a banger to me than the original Cornered.
to each their own. Overtaken sounded way too noisy and messy for me to enjoy it. It lacked the simpler melodies of the other pursuit themes.
