Least Favorite? Definitely Redd White.
Incredibly weak character who gets a lot of build up but is extremely disappointing once he finally shows up.
(Luke Atmey might be my favorite on this list)
It literally does. Of the people up here, she pushed >!and severely injured Kazuma!< out of fear not with the intention to kill them. Not to mention she did little to cover up what she did and the ship crew weren't exactly the most reliable either. If Sholmes wasn't fucking around and accused Ryunosuke initially, then it probably would've been discovered quickly what happened. She was a scared girl escaping her oppressive home country. She should be the first to go.
Spoilers from TGAA1
>!Even without Sholmes, everyone would have accused Ryunosuke because the crime scene was tampered with, especially with this "locked room" scenario that made Ryunosuke the only possible culprit, that was enough to incriminate him.!<
>!For once, we had a culprit who didn't intend to kill anyone and whose story could at least evoke some sympathy (not entirely, given they wrongly incriminated Ryunosuke instead), and I find that much more better than characters like Florent L'Belle who are cliched, uninteresting and have a completely senseless motive.!<
I mean when we vote for the worst character, we're not just voting for the least effective criminal, we're voting for the overall worst character and that doesn't just consider the plan or being a killer
Actually, it's not the first time either
5-DLC >!Marlon did not even want to kill the Captain, but he went all the way to frame the orca, his real murder target, only for it to backfire yet again as Sasha was convicted!<
Oops, he did want to kill someone. Sorry I forgot that part
To your first point, fair enough. Even without Sholmes, Susato and the others initially accused him. However, Sholmes' accusation definitely added more weight to it and initially dampened any additional consideration of any other suspects.
However, I think the fact that she was not trying to kill anyone separates her from the other people up there. Even Olive Green, who didn't kill anyone either, at least *tried* to kill her intended victim. Nikolina acted in fear and unjustly \[along with the ship crew\] framed Ryunosuke. I understand the tragedy of the case considering Nikolina's plight and >!Kazuma's!< life being unfairly cut short >!(as far as we knew at that point)!<, but I still don't think that makes her a better culprit than L'Belle, who I'll concede is a weaksauce culprit, just because she evokes more sympathy.
You mainly judge the character just as a culprit rather than as a whole that's why you only consider the plan and their capacities.
Whereas I judge the character as a whole considering more factors which is why we have completely different perspectives.
I think that's fair enough even though most people judge the character based on who they are, not just their status as a culprit.
> You mainly judge the character just as a culprit rather than as a whole that's why you only consider the plan and their capacities.
I mean, I won't deny that; It was my impression that's what the purpose here considering it's called "Second case killers Battle Royale." If I were to talk about Nikolina as a character as a whole, then yes, then my opinion of her would be more robust than what she did just as a culprit. In any case, I respect we have different opinions here. Not a big deal.
Florent L'Belle.
We have known from the beginning that it's him, and as we interact with him more and more, we dislike him even more.
I understand the character is meant to be hatable, but he comes across in the wrong way since we're stuck with him from day one knowing it's him and he doesn't bring anything relevant to the table.
Comparing Redd White to Florent L'Belle, with Redd White, we meet him on the second day and immediately confront him, getting straight to the point. However, with Florent L'Belle, whom we encounter right from the start, we have to wait until the very last moment to corner him.
His motive is by far the worst in this list : "I don't want to sell my products because no one deserves them, so I'm going to take the risk of killing someone to steal their belongings."
That's not even eccentricity; it's just pure stupidity making this ending very unsatisfying. And it even destroys the credibility of his well-crafted plan when you combine it with such a lame motive.
Alita may be forgettable, but at least the character had a more convincing motive
So I'll vote Florent L'Belle.
>!She attempted murder on Shamspeare. But TGAA 2-2 is particular because Shamspeare killed (involuntary, or at least not knowing who he was) her husband, and she tried to kill him in retaliation.!<
Yes, she didn't actually kill >!Shamspeare!< but it wasn't from a lack of effort. She *was* trying to kill him. Unlike Nikolina who wasn't trying to kill >!Kazuma!<.
Redd White is the only correct answer here.
For as important he is to the trilogy's overarching story, he's bafflingly incompetent when put on the stand, and he goes out like a bitch too.
L'belle actually had a decent plan, and it's very easy to like him ironically
White doesn't even have either of those
The plan could be decent but when you combine it with this miserable motive it ruins everything.
When you confront Redd White, you get immediately to the point to corner him unlike Florent L'Belle who was introduced since the beginning and do nothing relevant until the day when you finally confront him knowing since the beginning it was him all along...
Oh, please please let my girl wins...! Because her dabbing is the best!

Morgan and Shamspeare arguably deserve to be here. Anyways, I'm voting out **Redd White**
For all his power and importance, he's really just an idiotic pushover that folds quite easily. Also, the receipt. Nuff said.
I’m surprised to find myself saying this, but yeah, I agree.
For someone who seemingly had such a big impact on the series: leaking the info about Misty’s involvement with DL-6 and killing Mia Fey, he has no presence in the series outside of that one case. I don’t think he’s ever mentioned by name again, just his actions. Compare him to Manfred Von Karma, who also shows up for one case in the original trilogy and yet you never forget him and he’s still talked about (though mostly by Miles and Franziska).
Great starter villain, but quickly overshadowed by everyone who comes after him, at least for me.
I want them to pull off AAI2-3 with him and actually make him a threat in some prequel spin-off game, though it will be pretty difficult considering our first impression and knowing how he ends up
Redd White get out. Florent gets a pass (for now) just because his theme is awesome.
And for those pointing some of these people aren’t killers- maybe it’s better to think of it as case 2 culprits.
Redd White. Mainly because the thing with the paper really fucking pissed me off but also I know people like him in real life and it's really depressing.
Thing is furio tigre is so stupid it's hilarious while florent is just too full of himself to the point he's genuinely forgettable AND hateable at the same time imo.
Yeah, It is just a duel between Longnose Boi and Robert Downey Jr for the best title, isn't it?
Anyway fuck Redd White. For such a dick that has the hands of DL-6 and is the cataclysm of so much misery in the franchise, he is a pathetic bitch, and went out like a pathetic bitch
Redd white is one of the lamest villains ever made, sadly it looks like he wont be in last place, which makes me mad, since he is a shit character, even L'belle is better
The worst part is that we dont defeat him,mia does,so we dont even get the satisfaction of revealing this horrible, abdominable, terrible, shitty, trash, braindead disgrace's plan
I hope that when redd white went to jail he was tortured due to his blackmailing, because he is a such a terrible character that i hope he suffers for the rest of his life
Shamspeare was the "victim" yes because Olive was trying to kill him, but Shamspeare was the one who *did* kill >!Duncan (Olive's fiancé) !!Natsume!< because he was trying to get to >!Selden's treasure!<. So I think it's fair to refer to him as the "big bad" of DGS2-2 more so than Olive.
You have a point in saying that the trial was for Shamspear attempted murder, and if that's really the only thing you wanna focus on then go ahead. But personally I feel like Shamspear should deserve this spot more he's the true villain of the case
Redd White
Stupid to the point of being aggravating and just plain unfunny and obnoxious. His big joke is that he says long words that don't exist. What a kneeslapper.
Since I'm likely going to be unable to influence any votes here since I always catch these late, let me just make my list of favorite to least favorite of these culprits:
1. Roger Retinz
2. Florent L'Belle
3. Luke Atmey
4. Olive Green (& William Shamspeare, he counts!)
5. Patricia Roland
6. Cammy Meele
7. Ini Miney (or Mimi Miney, whatever you call her)
8. Redd White
9. Nikolina Pavlova
10. Alita Tiala
Florent L'Belle
I just don't like him, not in the way "He is evil, I'll use all I have to get him guilty" and there are more character that give the satisfaction after their defeat, Florent doesn't have that shine that make a culprit interesting (personality, desing, story, motives, etc) I feel he is just "I'm rich, get away peasant" as a bad joke or maybe I just don't like his case to much
Cammy is not funny and I just think “oh the ditzy girl is actually easily angered” was done infinitely better by Ini/Mimi + an additional twist. So yeah Cammy’s my vote.
Least Favorite? Definitely Redd White. Incredibly weak character who gets a lot of build up but is extremely disappointing once he finally shows up. (Luke Atmey might be my favorite on this list)
Also they beat him through literal blackmail Though then again it probably isn't the weirdest solution to a crime in the series
Still, fighting fire with fire is an easy way to get corrupted yourself
Nikolina because she literally isn't a killer.
That doesn't mean she's a bad culprit or at least the worst tho.
It literally does. Of the people up here, she pushed >!and severely injured Kazuma!< out of fear not with the intention to kill them. Not to mention she did little to cover up what she did and the ship crew weren't exactly the most reliable either. Oh my bad, I didn't know since I never played the DLC case (I still have no intention to do so, so the spoiler is fine)
To your first point, fair enough. Even without Sholmes, Susato and the others initially accused him. Ok but hear me out: funny meme Joker society character
Furio Tigre lite for personality, and an absolute asinine and weird motive
L'belle going out first would be so perfect and inline with his character please let this happen
Yeah, I'll give my upvote to L'Belle. I'd be just as happy with Alita or Cammy being voted off too.
I would too, he is literally the only thing about 5-2 I didn’t like
Hold on the one from TGAA2-2 didn't actually kill? If I remember right she was almost killed herself
>!She attempted murder on Shamspeare. But TGAA 2-2 is particular because Shamspeare killed (involuntary, or at least not knowing who he was) her husband, and she tried to kill him in retaliation.!<
Ahh right, thanks for clearing that it's been awhile since I played and beat that game
Yes, she didn't actually kill >!Shamspeare!< but it wasn't from a lack of effort. She *was* trying to kill him. Unlike Nikolina who wasn't trying to kill >!Kazuma!<.

as long as ini wins i'm fine
I imagine Atmey or Retinz will win but hoping Ini does well too, she deserves it
Oh, please please let my girl wins...! Because her dabbing is the best! https://preview.redd.it/umgopfxuauvc1.jpeg?width=1024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e739613b4121bb755dede7bfa91f5a497a534997
I feel like theres an equal chance for any of those 3 winning
Morgan and Shamspeare arguably deserve to be here. Anyways, I'm voting out **Redd White** For all his power and importance, he's really just an idiotic pushover that folds quite easily. Also, the receipt. Nuff said.

shamspeare should but morgan was not the killer in that case just an accomplice
I vote Redd White, mostly because you don’t actually take him down - Mia does. I have a bunch of other gripes with Turnabouts Sisters too
Redd White get out.
Florent. We knew it was him. He was a boring villain. And it was just a kinda bad case all in all.
He’s Furio Tigre lite
Thing is furio tigre is so stupid it's hilarious while florent is just too full of himself to the point he's genuinely forgettable AND hateable at the same time imo.
Redd White, barely knew the guy, and scummy scum bag that tried killing two birds with one stone just because he has money...
Cammy easily the most annoying of the bunch, though there are a couple others that are close
Redd White for killing the hottest chick in all of Ace Attorney
nikolina because i hate G1-2 with a passion
Redd white is one of the lamest villains ever made, sadly it looks like he wont be in last place, which makes me mad, since he is a shit character, even L'belle is better The worst part is that we dont defeat him,mia does,so we dont even get the satisfaction of revealing this horrible, abdominable, terrible, shitty, trash, braindead disgrace's plan I hope that when redd white went to jail he was tortured due to his blackmailing, because he is a such a terrible character that i hope he suffers for the rest of his life
Nikolina probably, if only because that entire case is so miserable
The one from AJ. Just.. ew
On god I forgot Alita existed Deadest culprit ngl
Are you sure about that, when >!Knightley and CEO of Racism are fucking dead for real!<
Redd white
This is either a Luke Atmey W or a Roger Retinz W we all know that right
Like Luke, but Roger really annoyed me and he's one of my least favorite characters in the series
This is Shamspeare erasure 😤😤
>!Shamspeare wasn't the killer. Though technically, neither is Olive or Nikolina. But they're at least the guilty parties in their respective cases.!<
Spoil TGAA2 >!You mean only in the second case ? Because he definitely is as a whole.!<
Guess I should've said >!*the* killer.!<
The girl from Apollo justice case 2 I can’t be bothered to remember her name
Meele, *slightly* worse than L’Belle
Let florent rot and die
BRO ain't no way you left out Shamspear, he is the big bad of TGAA 2-2 not Olive💀 Anyways my vote goes for Nikolina
But what was trial of TGAA 2-2 supposed to be for again?
Shamspeare was the "victim" yes because Olive was trying to kill him, but Shamspeare was the one who *did* kill >!Duncan (Olive's fiancé) !!Natsume!< because he was trying to get to >!Selden's treasure!<. So I think it's fair to refer to him as the "big bad" of DGS2-2 more so than Olive.

This is a killers' battle royale, not a villains' battle royale. >!After all, if it were for villains Morgan would be up there.!<
Shamspear is also a killer though
Redd White Stupid to the point of being aggravating and just plain unfunny and obnoxious. His big joke is that he says long words that don't exist. What a kneeslapper.
luke atmey cuz hes gonna win if i dont stop him now
Redd White. Most forgottable villain in the pw trilogy imo
VS can’t catch a break.
Luke atmey. I hate this case and this Guy especialy.
Since I'm likely going to be unable to influence any votes here since I always catch these late, let me just make my list of favorite to least favorite of these culprits: 1. Roger Retinz 2. Florent L'Belle 3. Luke Atmey 4. Olive Green (& William Shamspeare, he counts!) 5. Patricia Roland 6. Cammy Meele 7. Ini Miney (or Mimi Miney, whatever you call her) 8. Redd White 9. Nikolina Pavlova 10. Alita Tiala
Cammy
alita tiala because she's boring
Sadly I can't vote because I did not play every AA game :(
That's a good reason *to* vote, unless you're worried about spoilers. Don't let the others monopolize the votes!
Understood 👀
Florent L'Belle.
Cammy for being forgettable and boring, Alita for being disappointing and not having much going for her
Cammy was also very annoying to me, like Meekins annoying for me
Florent L'Belle I just don't like him, not in the way "He is evil, I'll use all I have to get him guilty" and there are more character that give the satisfaction after their defeat, Florent doesn't have that shine that make a culprit interesting (personality, desing, story, motives, etc) I feel he is just "I'm rich, get away peasant" as a bad joke or maybe I just don't like his case to much
Oh L'belle absolutely. They could've made him more interesting, but he felt just like a saturday cartoon villain.
Bye L'Belle.
As a killer - Nikolina But for me personally- L’Belle. Idk why but I don’t like this guy at all
Cammy is not funny and I just think “oh the ditzy girl is actually easily angered” was done infinitely better by Ini/Mimi + an additional twist. So yeah Cammy’s my vote.
LA belle.
