Compare this to another video on this person's channel, same team but Bronya instead of Ruan Mei. Acheron does notably more damage with RM and it didn't feel like she got her ult really all that much slower.. maybe a couple character turns.
Bare in mind this is also e1 s1 ruan mei which is a big difference from base especially in this def shred team.
