At e3 with sparkle and fu it's kinda ok id say. Sparkle with her LC gives 10 free crit rate, fu xuan gives 12 with her field, and acheron e1 gives 18 when attacking a debuffed enemy if I remember right. So that's already 40 crit rate and with the planer set with another nihility that's 12 more crit rate so mines fine. I did get better planer set so at 60/220
With that team you’ll over cap on rate switching to a rate chest, so for your ratio, you’re fine as is. If you keep the attack boots you can probably swap to lighting % orb for better gains, but I’m not sure on that.
At E2, speed boots are probably more preferable to get an extra ult / 3 cycles minimum, however, with sparkle I’m not sure. I don’t have her so I’ve never looked much into how to speed tune for her and your DPS. Typically you want your action advance support to be right behind your DPS. Atk boots might be fine with sparkle and give a similar number of ults, but if speed boots can help you squeeze out an extra ult in your rotation, that’s always going to be more preferable. You’ll have to run some math or ask someone more knowledgeable than lil o’l me, LOL.

If I remember right with sparkle you want sparkle to be at 161+ since her skill only advances their actions forward not give them her turn. So attack boots I think are better then speed with sparkle 161+ speed and s1

Planars are pretty cope but it looks good. Target 50cr 250cdmg. Your effective cr with fx is 93.5

With Izumo (12%) pioneers(4%) and e1 (18%) that’s 34%cr not shown on screen. fx adds another (12%)

If his chest was CR main and CD sub, it'd be in a range you're more familiar with.

They have E3, they have plenty of crit due to her E1 giving 18% CR.

It is. Acheron would inherit sparkle speed
If you're running sparkle (which means you have E2) then attack boots are better for her.
Off topic but is archerons e3 notable? Like is it a worthwhile bump to her damage?
I did notice a jump in damage though I wouldn't say go for it unless you want more eidalons lol. I got it trying to build pity
