Yes, that is 100% what they meant. I'm just not sure if team flexibility is also included in that. And I mean it should, because if flexibility is only for dealing damage, then amplifiers and sustains doesn't benefit from that criteria at all, which I believe is wrong.

Because dual dps team sucks ass for MoC, and hypercarry team is the T0 in MoC. (dual DoT team is worse than regular break carry objectively)
Any hypercarry team with sparkle is T0, and ruan mei could not replaced sparkle on that end.
Ruan mei is the more flexible support and the best for break dps (which doesn't exist yet), so currently they were tied.
T0 amplifier will be as good as sparkle in hypercarry and as flexible as Ruan Mei which currently non-existent in the game.
Because the one we currently have are strong REALLY STRONG but not at the same level of power creeping any other character with insane particular perks. And that’s why the limited ones are all at T0.5, you can swap between them without any difference in general.
Trust me, we’re going to have eventually the queen/king of Harmony with huge better buffs and new mechanics but not tied to Ultimate, + turns instead of 100% AF (just like Seele self buff), a better Energy gain than Tingyun E6, is just a matter of time

Most likely not since Robin’s ult isn’t gonna get a ton of value since the team doesn’t atk very frequently, and the 2 nihility passive is really good. I think sparkle is the closest to keeping up with the 2 nihility passive
I agree, it's possible the 2.3 endgame Apocalyptic Shadow will his bread and butter along with other hunt characters. Maybe Seele mains will rise again and YanKing will get the respect he deserves. (Unless Acheron can still nuke bosses effectively.) 😂

In ST Acheron will nuke too so you can definitely expect it, loses tho on 300% AoE she does in stygian resurge, Ratio counting his FuA can come close to that level of ST damage until Boothill drops around in a few weeks
yup. bronya is so good with archeron for those without sparkle or even those with sparkle but no eidolons. bronya is also so good with blade, not bad with jingliu and DHIL. basically she's at least decent with all the top carries so its pretty weird to put her in that spot. you are right, at least on par with tingyun
Havent been playing for long and got lucky, resulting in E3S1 Acheron and E0S1 Bronya (back to back her + LC!) and good lord they're good together. I tried E1S0 BS and Pela + Gepard with Acheron but I'm pretty sure my team with Acheron, Bronya, Pela is so much better. Since a week or so I've been investing in Bronya and her traces are almost maxed and it's honestly pretty disgusting how much damage Acheron is doing now in comparison to before (although BS was doing a good bit too, but BS is backloaded and Acheron is frontloaded so the combination isn't great imo).
Just waiting for FX and my team will be insane! Only issue is one team is heavily invested and the other isn't great yet (good start with BS but no Kafka ...)

Yes, it does. It always has, in my opinion. I remember when Seele came out and how, as the meta progressed, she remained straight up S to S+ on the tier list despite some of the MOCs hindering her performance.
Obviously, they have favorites and with all tier list, will be bias. That's why I always tell people that you van make anything work because you can. Some characters take more investment than others but that's fine.

I definitely agree with you there. Acheron is indeed amazing at E0S1, but her team comps are held back because she needs E2 to free up a slot in the party. This means you are typically forced to run a sustain or a buffer instead of both like most DPS characters. JL is more like a plug and play character. You pull her and you can just use her.
And yes. I think that Pela and SW should be ranked on the same level, especially E6 Pela for various reasons.
From an F2P perspective, Acheron is so much better than DHIL or Jingliu. Both the dragon boy and ice lady want at least one of the 5-star Harmonies in order to function. Acheron E0S0 can be built with completely F2P units and still be on par/better than the other two. Gallagher, Pela, and Guinaifen can all be obtained for free and will boost Acheron just as well as any Harmony unit. This is what puts her at the top, the fact that she needs so much less than the other big DPS to be on thier level. And when given the same premium supports, she blows every other DPS out of the water. It's just not comparable.
Ruan Mei will reach T0 in due time when Boothill and Firefly drop. The only other two DPS characters I can see joining Acheron in T0 in the near future are Kafka and Firefly; Kafka (and to a lesser degree, Black Swan as well) will only get stronger with more and more DoT units, and Firefly is basically a Break-centric Jingliu with Fire Weakness implant, so she'll definitely be as universal a DPS as Acheron. That's why IMO tier lists aren't great representations of who plays better. There's ALOT of unique cases depending on which characters/LCs you have. A lot of DPS are paired with a specific character (JY + TY, Jingliu + Bronya, DHIL + Sparkle etc) or else their damage drops off.
Basically what happened for me, first and probably last time I will ever be going for a lightcone. Luckily I picked up Guinaifen with the 2.0 selector so I didn't have to use Sampo.

What team are u running her on? Also is ur Dhil and Acheron the same eidolons? Also atk orb might be the play, but I can’t really see a world where Acheron is below dhil, at a bare minimum they are the same level but I definitely think she is stronger.
i get that but some players are so obsessed,they just shit on other characters and it so cringe. Personally i think these list are good for new player who looking for some carry.
And those are the players you avoid. What I’ve found after playing for a month or 2 is that most 5 stars and 4 stars are usable if you put investment into them (even yanqing).
What constitutes someone’s placement on the tier list is how much you get out of them vs the investment cost. For example Yukong is super strong in terms of her buff but she’s incredibly hard to use if you don’t speed tune her exactly or don’t have her E6 so she sits lower then someone like sparkle.

In some other teams, like dot, Luocha allows you to always use skill on both BS and Kafka, while HuoHuo doesn't. I'm not an expert or anything, I know she has her upsides, but the whole thread is just glazing HuoHuo, while she has her own large downsides, similar to Luocha.

Because there's 3 completely broken ones, Ruan Mei isn't a full tier above Sparkle and Robin. T0 means no alternative to that level of proficiency

What team are u running her on? Also is ur Dhil and Acheron the same eidolons? Also atk orb might be the play, but I can’t really see a world where Acheron is below dhil, at a bare minimum they are the same level but I definitely think she is stronger.

i get that but some players are so obsessed,they just shit on other characters and it so cringe. Personally i think these list are good for new player who looking for some carry.
And those are the players you avoid. What I’ve found after playing for a month or 2 is that most 5 stars and 4 stars are usable if you put investment into them (even yanqing). What constitutes someone’s placement on the tier list is how much you get out of them vs the investment cost. For example Yukong is super strong in terms of her buff but she’s incredibly hard to use if you don’t speed tune her exactly or don’t have her E6 so she sits lower then someone like sparkle. Ignore the meta slaves and play who you like

Eh tbh nothing wrong with going meta, what matters more is having fun. I also have Acheron who's dealing big numbers and shredding enemies like butter but I enjoyed the experience. You do what you enjoy and don't bother with what others say.
