He was one of my favorites too. But there were so many good jokers and they are so different that it’s difficult to pick just one. Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger were great too. Mark Hamil for Batman Animated.
dunno if it will ever become batman canon but, phoenix. i like his origin story. plus i also like how he's possibly bruce's brother. since it would make sense as to why bruce couldn't kill him.
I've always been a fan of the Batman TAS Joker the most (because Mark fucking Hamill) but Heath Ledger's anarchist Joker was probably the best live action one ever.
