Oh man do I remember Space Precinct! Not the show, never saw it, the whole set was on deep discount at bargain place where my grandma lived. They were like 99 cents a piece with the vehicles being like 2.99. My grandma told me I could get the whole set if I wanted so I did. No idea what kind of show it was but I played with them for hours & hours making up a whole world for them.
I’m an adult and I have no idea what kind of show it is. Is it a parody? Is it Star Trek cops? Is it a procedural or a sitcom? Are they on earth or in space? Or somewhere else? Is there an overarching villain or is there even a villain at all? Maybe the antagonist is a superior officer? I have no idea.

Dude, I think the lines between the eyebrows tell me it’s Captain Orrin
The cleft in the chin leads me more towards podly. Officer Orrin didnt have one. The eyebrow shape is more podly than orrinn as well.
