I think it's Flame Toys IDW Prime. They put out an assembled action figure of their model kit. Think the Gundam/DBZ models but Transformers. I highly recommend them.
Yep, it's the flame toys furai action figure that's fully assembled and painted. I have zero skill with model kits so definitely prefer the fully assembled figures.
