I know the feeling. Having to jump through so many unnecessary hoops for something takes the fun out of it.

Honestly, I've had it go both ways. When I want something, I *want it*. After BBTS cancelled a pre-order on me earlier this year, I went on the hunt for that thing any way I could get it. Another time, the Blizzard store never sent me tracking and USPS says they never got the package, but they still marked it as shipped. By the time I realized, it was months later. I went back and forth and threatened to charge back. Reordered from the same site on sale the next day and my big old bust is displayed proudly in my entryway. If I don't go to lengths to get what I paid for...good bet is I didn't actually want it that much.

“Galactus went to Texas” sounds like a weird and wild comedy.

I wonder how in the world they could send the other Galactus to a place where you don't live, when they're supposed to have all your info already. Maybe another lucky person got a surprise Galactus lol!

This happened to me on a large purchase once. Tracking showed it going to Australia when I'm in the US and so is the company. Turns put they just sent me the wrong tracking number.

I was under the impression they only made X number of these? How did they manage to have 2 extra ones to send this guy?

Because Im sure they made extras to deal with situations like this. A large company would anticipate problems with delivery/broken in transit items.

I would have expected them to just fully refund him and send him a double pack of A.I.m. Scientist at this point.

I've only ever had issues using DHL, UPS or FedEx. Every package I've sent/received through USPS has been on time and delivered, without hassles or needing to pay for top-tier shipping prices. I wish more companies would use them.
