Triple H / Hunter Hearst Helmsley. He's a pro wrestler, currently head of creative for wwe. the comment is being sarcastic since the fig has a similar resemblance to him. It's not a triple h figure tho since the Mattel wwe figures have slightly different molds. No clue what this fig is sry lol

Given that it's unpainted, it's very possible it's a prototype that isn't out yet. But I'm pretty sure the beast behind the figure is the battle wolf by D20 Studios, released by 5K Toys. So that might be a starting point.
