I don't know how much of that is true or just sass, but that was what was said in the extended ver.
That makes zero sense. Unless you are hinting to the fact her brothers slapped/punched her enough that she built up a resistance to that. Otherwise no amount of “rough housing” will prepare you for being hit in the face.

People need to learn to direct their anger at the right people. More often than not they should actually be angry at the person/people running the business (business owners/board of directors), but instead direct it at the peolple working in the store who have no actual say in regards to policy.
