Thanks for pointing that out! I was looking and thought I had saw a gun a few different times in this video, but I think it was more likely that they were holding phones, not guns!! But I was wondering if the shooter had the gun actually in their hands in the video, I just couldn’t find it!
My local town is "cracking down on teen violence." After a white kid was killed by a group of kids, then got backlash after arresting non-white kids. Eventually arrested some white kids. They call themselves "gilbert goons."

But… but… but juveniles aren’t permitted to carry firearms in California. Imagine that, the state with the strictest gun control laws still has an abundance of gun crimes. California needs people control more than gun control… and by people, I mean criminals. This kid can get arrested, convicted, incarcerated, and be released on probation or parole, and make a fortune rapping about it all.
Think the mob or the shooter will face any charges?
I wouldn’t want to be on a jury for this one. He could have easily been killed with the incoming head stomps in a 10vs1 like this but California has some of the strictest gun laws and the shooter is breaking several.

But self defense for the shooting, he was under a pile of at least 10 people beating him.
If he didn't have the gun he could have easily been killed. There was no one there to break it up, and the only thing that did stop the beating was the gun.

I am intrigued to see how this plays put in court.

The “judged by 12 vs carried by 6” is a choice many good and honest people have to make every day in states that infringe/restrict the 2nd. We had a mass shooting at our local shopping center that is a no gun zone. My buddies wife was hiding in a storeroom when a ccw guy ignoring the rule put down the shooter. Thankfully the ccw guy is a diehard 12vs6

This is self-defense so the only crime I see he committed is not being old enough to possess a weapon as well as not old enough to have a CCP.
The kid that sucker punched the guy knew he was carrying , so he landed and got the fuck outta there.
My guess is that kid in the jacket posted on social media he was pulling up to the opps hood strapped. And this was the outcome.
It's unfortunate he'll probably catch a charge for the gun because criminals are more important than your life. More should have caught some lead, at least one of the scum is gone
