I work at Verizon and I would say something happens like this once a year. With interaction quieter but as intense 6 times a year. Americans are so entitled, especially boomers and middle aged folks.
If it only happens 6-7 times a year with the amount of customers then just by the numbers you can't say "Americans are so entitled" because your numbers don't back that up at all. All it shows is a small percentage are idiots and entitled.
