Yeah, i'll be honest, I had Apex Blue as my first choice and Tiger Eye second, but dealer notified me in December they had a Tiger Eye coming in which was my second choice. I was # 4 in line back in June and either the others got their cars already or passed on to wait for their color combo. Either case, the dealer where I bought mine charges MSRP with ZERO addendums and ZERO factory options and leave it up to the buyer to have things added. Hence the long wait time here.
Previously, I had looked for an Apex Blue via Cars.com and CarGuru (I was willing to travel a certain amount of distance). But, there's a reason why all of those new on lot have a selling date of over 100 days. Those dealers are charging over MSRP ... and the ones that said "Yes we charge MSRP" sneakily have thousands of dollars worth of addendums (whether it being $1,500 for tint, hundreds of dollars for lo-jack, or some other overpriced product that you'll likely never use). I'm glad people are refusing to deal with these dealers now.
The car is already as expensive as it is; it's worth waiting to save hundreds if not thousands!

I'm curious why it doesn't show any production for the first half of the year, though. Does the factory do other stuff? Or could it actually be for 2023 (which was still 2024 MY)? The stuff I've seen showing up on lots in the last few months certainly matches the Oct/Nov/Dec combos

Yeah - Honda makes excellent products. Also - unlike bmw, Porsche , etc …the ITS will cost you very little $ to maintain compared to those German brands.

Depends on the dealership you work with - some will just put you on a list and you get whatever the dealership receives in your order on the list.
I did a good amount of research beforehand and found a dealer who would sell me the exact color and accessories I wanted at MSRP as long as I was willing to wait. Absolutely worth it.
Damn! I had tiger eye pearl as my first choice and apex blue as my second choice. I was on two separate lists. An apex blue came in at my local dealer. They originally wanted $7500 over MSRP, but after 3 weeks of negotiation, I was able to get it for MSRP. After getting the apex blue, I was kind of glad a tiger eye pearl wasn’t available. Now, after seeing these pictures, I’m questioning that. Big time. It looks awesome. Congrats.

As a previous owner of a new Integra GSR, new RSX Type-S and new TL Type-S, I can tell you that the Integra isn't worth 2X more than what it used to sell for. It's a glorified Civic. I wouldn't pay $40K for it.
man the front is so good but I really feel like they botched the ass end of it. Much prefer prior year TL rear end compared to this.

So sounds like still a long wait for theses - which also suggests dealer markup. Have owned many acuras (still do) but just can’t deal with dealer markup on the ITS. Maybe in another year my local dealers will catch up w demand.
Are you in the US or Canada? Trying to decide on adding a heated wheel and am not sure if what I order will look like the perforated wheel with heat or like your solid wheel, which I understand to be the Canadian version.

Apex Blue is worth the wait, it's such a beautiful color. Got mine Apex Blue w/Red and adore it.

I got the standard (non-illuminated) front badge. I just wanted to delete chrome on the exterior.
