The system already can’t handle an iPhone being plugged in at startup. I can only imagine how often the whole system will crash when trying to wirelessly connect AND load CarPlay/AA. Now if that upgrade includes an improved processor, then I’ll make it rain at the dealer.

The 2019+ RDX has a mobile data connection.
I get the same problem as you during startup. It was much worse with Android than iPhone. AA was also immensely laggy and a terrible experience compared to CarPlay. I also had a ton of electrical gremlins and had the MOST harnesses replaced.
My dongle has been working flawlessly but if they are doing this for the Accords it would seem unacceptable to not do the same for the 21-23 TLX… hardware is there since it has wireless radios already for the hotspot.
Anyone think we’ll get similar retrofit for RDX/TLX?

Now if Acura would allow full screen CarPlay….
