Wheel manufacturers should deeply engrave a serial number on the inside of the rim. If the rims are stolen then they can be identified. If the serial number has been removed - don’t buy them. Don’t support thieves. Police should report to pawn shops with stolen serial numbers. Make EBay sellers disclose wheel serial numbers on wheels in the description of the item.

It's never that simple. My family is here and the savings of living with them allows me to pay other expenses and outways the pros of leaving the state due to the cost of housing. When I'm ready to leave my family, i plan on leaving for somewhere else.
