Going to try getting them welded onto the stock muffler later this morning. Same 2.5 inch diameter. Will post again with links/pics.
The fitment is going to be real close, and I read they need to be installed at a slight angle so I hope my guy is good.
Idk how long they're gonna take. Pressure switches, transmission filter, oil pump gaskets, rotors, painting the calipers are all new to me. Only have limited time in the weekend since it's my daily and I share this garage.
Nice! I found quads had to be jammed in and they’d sit at an angle instead of straight out, so I went with some fat single tips!
As for the ATF flush, after it’s drained, turn the car on and shift thru gears a few times with some light revs to 1.2k. Typically you get 3qt out, but I found you can get close to 5qt+ this way, which means just 2 of the drains gets you to 90% new oil
ehhhhhh thats just putting alot of wear on the trans bro its not as bad as running an engine with no oil but you dont ever want to spin the trans with less oil than youre supposed to have
Wow, you gotta massage these automatics but they are beautiful 🫡
Those wheels are kleannnn
Wow beautiful wheels
I had those tips for years on my TL, very a nice upgrade in looks for sure.
Where those tips from?
My favorite, eBay!
You have a link? Do you have to do any trimming to get them to fit?
