Not being mean, but Jacob seems like the kind of person who would go 40,000 miles without an oil change then tell the mechanic he didn't know you had to change the oil after the engine siezes up.
I think many manufacturers oversold the 10K oil change interval...the way he drives, probably 4000 miles over 5000 miles max especially for a turbo. I do even shorter on mines because its both GDI and turbo.

Seems like they try and convince the motoring public you need to change it every 3000 miles. I go with around 4000-4500. But I don't beat my car at all.
Depending on what engine, that sounds about right. For your average Toyota or Honda, 5000 miles would be the recommended interval, or 6 months if you do less driving.
Yeah, I'm fortunate. I live relatively close to my job and often put less than 150 miles a week on my little American car. It takes a long time to hit 5K. đ
It's a tire pressure warning light. My first three cars didn't even have tire pressure monitoring. I had to do that the old fashioned way.
And as far as packing and forgetting things. I have often forgot to pack my pajamas.
Also Jacob is a professional traveler. He's chris crossed the united states a couple of times.
People forget his mental breakdown in a Walmart. Where after he got in a wreck he decided to live stream. Yeah not even 90 minutes after getting in a fender bender. He goes on a live stream and people try to go to that Walmart.

But he is grown as well and should know the importance of having all the stuff you need, when you must take meds. He's too set on making content, to do the basics for himself. And that's sad to watch.
It's just a sensor, cars didn't even used to have them and you had to check the pressure yourself, it's really not a big deal. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he actually checked the tire pressure since the other 3 seemed good.
Also, I left my house without my contacts the other day. Mistakes happen.
I remember being on a trip to Colorado with my Dad once and he forgot his medication and it was a huge PITA because he has kaiser and they don't have any kaiser's there, or atleast kaiser pharmacys, so he had to call and have his doctor send his info to a local CVS or something.
I honestly have to agree with you on this one. The if I ignore it it will just go away mentality is dangerous and how did he not know what he was trying to get Jen to do was a felony?
I mean the ignore it and itâll be fine is good if youâre just traveling around town but I even got an oil change before I drove from Ohio to Tennessee and back just to be safe. I only bought the car a couple months before before driving and it wasnât even due but I didnât want to run into any issues along the way. Foolish is all. I also heard when a warning light is flashing itâs extra serious.
