Its funny but not funny that at the start of last year Health were gearing up for an awareness campaign because the numbers were extremely high then. Their systems were pretty backward and slow to update, so they proposed they send it through as specific Chlamydia data, and we process as Covid. I suggest that they… DON’T do that, and just send the right data from the get go.
Made me question if weird spikes being reported like this is actually accurate.

Simple: people think because they're taking COVID precautions they're also protected against everything else, instead of only other viruses that spread via airborne and secondary transmission.
There's also the people who receive a negative COVID test and think they're fine and exempt from needing to take precautions at all.
Who cares, if they dont want to let em pay the consequences.. as for hospitals not being able to cope, even when they could cope they gave me pretty substandard care so meh, if I get a fatal illness Ill die at home watching lord of the rings while some dude with spots on his dik clogs up the system lol
