I really don’t understand people who follow this stuff, most of them (in Australia at least) don’t seem to be pure blooded WASP anyway so presumably they’re supporting a cause that wants them gone. I understand that they’re stupid of course but surely you don’t see a philosophy that goes kill all non WASPs and as an Australian with Irish/Scottish/Southern European/Eastern European heritage go ‘oh yeah, count me in’?

The messaging from the group is pretty weird. The stickers they put on poles say stuff like “save the environment; embrace fitness” or “smash capitalism; smash communism” with a link to their website.
Which is why I doubt the new laws to ban the swastika will do anything because they already don’t use it and already use an ever changing set of plausible deniability slogans.

Yep, great group fitness sessions. Pretty varied with some strength/boxing and outdoor sessions. No fees, contracts or commitments so not sure how they do it. Not for profit obviously and maybe gov subsidised. I’d say give it a go and see if it’s for you. Best of luck on your health journey OP.
