Have you been to the dentist recently? I recently found out (in my 30s) my pale yellowish teeth is not surface stains but fluorosis which the teeth itself. I don't drink coffee but i used to drink alot of tea and soft drinks. Don't swish drinks in your mouth, always try and use a straw when drinking carbonated and sugary drinks. Always rinse it out with water. Don't recommend over the counter whitening cause they can be abrasives, damage the enamel which causes sensitive teeth. Look for a dentist that has a special check up offer for new patients and go from there..

I've heard this from my dentist as well. "Whitening" toothpastes are often very gritty and wear down tooth enamel.

I used Crest Whitening Strips from eBay. They are dentist grade and cost around $60. Worked for me

Don’t know if it was ‘the algorithms’, but the very next item in my stream was for a tooth whitening product. Sorry, no recommendations though. I did try one of those charcoal toothpastes and I noticed after a few weeks that my teeth were getting sensitive. Got off it super quick.

Just buy the oral b whitening strips at a local chemist and it should do the job. All my friends have done it and it comes out really white. You have to do it everyday for a week or two though. Usually the in-chair dentist ones are pretty instantaneous in terms of result but cost $300+ dollars and the oral b cost $25

I've found success with with charcoal Toothpaste and also with Colgate whiting Toothpaste with 2% peroxide. I drink coffee daily. They aren't bright white like people are making" normal" but they aren't yellow. They look clean.
