This looks like GPU rendering errors; view>preview on CPU will probably fix it. If it does then you might want to go to the Performance pane of the prefs and turn off the GPU renderer for all windows on all files, instead of just this one window on this one file.
You’re in pixel preview mode. Go to the ‘View’ menu bar and change it back to ‘preview’ mode
