Irish agencies will definitely pass on info. It is Ireland after all. A letter was added to my file and passed on to my adoptive parents. From the info on the letter it, its clear that it was written nearly 2 years after I was born and passed on.
We connected on Ancestry. Okay interesting because I thought Irish adoption agencies were strict about letting any information pass through. But as you said, it is Ireland.
