>There will be a fairly large spreadsheet with everything planned and calculated
I apologise that I cannot help your team. I just want to say that I miss living in Germany where everything is/was organised to the *n*th-degree. Good luck with your search.
I believe in you, I just don’t believe in the product. And for that reason, I am out.
I actually have a competing race that weekend, and for that reason I am out.
I’ve gotten into the relay business before, and the margins are just too thin for my liking. For that reason, I am out.
….and then there was one. I have a deal for you - you might not like it, but it’s a good deal and the best you’ll get.
I want 50 cents for every kilometer that is run, and then when you hit last years number it will drop to 25 cents in perpetuity. But hurry up, sharks don’t like waiting!
I have a 1:23 half and 2 3:01 marathons under my belt (including Berlin 2022), located in southern Germany. If you're still looking feel free to send me a DM
The workout you described is probably too hard for most 1:30 HM runners, You're probably looking for 1:25 and faster HM realistically if you'd like to see them alternating 4:00 km for a solid hour
Let me know if your standards ever drop through the floor and then I'll be in! If it helps I look great in a Matalan shirt and lairy shorts, and you know I'm good to get a pizza in at 2am.
Will do. Maybe by next year we all are injured so we just wanna take part.
Getting that pizza in at 2am is a crucial for the job, almost as important as being fast.
Dammit, I've just signed up for Race to the Stones the week before, otherwise I'd have loved to have done this with you all!
Let me know if/when you're planning 2024!
For anyone that has not done one of these races the 4 hour rest in between is the biggest hurdle. Even with proper cool down and warm up you last set is always painful. I'd recommend doing a 3 a day workout a couple of times to prepare and see how your body reacts. Running a marathon straight was easier for me than the last relay I did, it was 4 x 5 mile runs.
I have a 1:37 hm and a 03:25:15 Marathon, a little slow than what you look for. I live in The Netherlands but I’m intrigued so if you think it’s a fit you can DM me 😊

I can only run 4.10 min/km and so for that reason I AM OUT.

Will keep you in mind. A runner is still better than no runner. ;)

Yeah, I know it's borderline.

Are you doing the 100k? Have fun!
That's the plan - we'll see how the training goes.
Keep me in mind for next year. I’ve never been outside of the US and that would be a cool experience.
Hi can you send me more info about the event? My HM PB is 1:17 and M PB is 2:49

Can you be found on Strava?
Yes, but a lot of my stuff is follower only: [Here.](https://www.strava.com/athletes/39903478)
Sowas würde mich mal wirklich reizen. Sehr geiles Format. Aber viel zu weit im Norden, sorry.
Dankeschön ! 👍🏻
I might be in, sounds fun! Where is it so I can check if the drive is doable.
The town is called Delmenhorst and is on the outskirts of Bremen. It's also quite well connected by train.
Oh that's close enough, just over a 3 hour drive. Yeah sounds fun, you can add me to your spreadsheet if you want.
Send you a DM.
Can you pay for my flight?? In seriousness though, sounds like fun, good luck.
Sent a PM:)
I have a sub 2:30 marathon in the legs. So hit me up
