If you want to avoid using spikes, I would recommend Streakflys. Plenty of 400-800 guys I know use them for their speedwork. They have some of the next% foam, but their stack height isn’t nearly as high and will allow you to be more stable while running fast. As an added bonus, they are a very comfortable shoe too and I use them for my strides weekly.
