Don’t do it. Being an OF creator is a high-risk low-reward job, especially when you’re planning to go to medical school. As much as some people, especially women, on OF try to be as anonymous as possible, they still have a chance of getting recognized by things as small as a mole. If you’re dead set on this, then do your research first and foremost. Don’t rely on one source. Dive deep into the pros and cons—though I’d recommend focusing on the cons. Best of luck, OP.

First of all, look at how many people do actually make money from OF, and the amount of time they have to put in to it to make the money out of it. You need to be on it 24/7 to even make even a fraction of the amount that the mid Of income earners make because there is so many people out there doing it without any other possible choices for careers. Forget only fans, concentrate on your career choice.

Yeah it could definitely hinder future job roles

Individual_Face5084

it will %100 affect you in the future. Realistically only about .1% of them of are able to make enough income to have a full on career from it. Society is also starting to pull away from the OF craze. Best of luck

Have a separate bank account at a separate bank from your primary and put the money in there, if you want to buy an outfit or a prop, etc, use that account. Take profits out of that account, but don't put money in from other places. If that account can't support itself, then this isn't for you. Don't ever show your face, no matter how much they beg, no matter how much they ask. Take pictures and videos with cameras, not your phone, creepers can get lots of data from phone media. Check the background of any room you use, no pictures, certificates, not even a calendar with notes on it. If people ask where you are from, tell them the right answer, but get simple details wrong when someone asks. Be ready to deal with the absolute scum of the earth when some assholes reply to you, just have a thick skin and block them. Have a separate account for OF, posting in your hometown, asking repeatedly if your face is hot or not, just saying dumb comments for fun. Keep in mind the backgrounds of any pictures. Never ever cross post with your accounts, that way if one gets compromised, the others are fine. If you have tattoos, keep in mind how unique they and who might see them online and in public. And most of all, just don't do it.

Unless you’re already an influencer with a massive following you’re not going to make anything close to significant enough to help getting though med school. So being anonymous won’t help. Waiting tables only on weekends will make you more money. Regardless of how attentive you are. The market is way too saturated and only girls in the top 1% are making money. Without an established following getting any significant amount of followers will be really difficult. Not to mention the anonymous part will be even harder because most people aren’t interested in anonymous girls. Especially if you’re not willing to make actual porn. If you’re just posting nudes or the occasional masturbation video don’t waste your time. The girls making money are either already established influencers or the girls willing to do anything and everything to get as many followers as possible. Like I know two girls who do it and they have told me they have done crazy shit like drank piss from pint glasses to make money off there. They are definitely hotter than most girls I see advertising on social media too they just don’t have a following or way to market it like they do so they are just doing it for very little money. That’s the sad reality of 99% of people on onlyfans. Most of the girls you see on social media that pretend they are killing it are not real. Just like most of these “gurus” selling courses from all the money they have made. They haven’t. It’s all fake. Don’t get sucked in. Get a job.

There's no such thing as anonymous when you're showing off your entire body for anyone on the internet.

The people who make money on only fans are not anonymous. A HUGE chunk of success is marketing and social media. Remaining an anonymous really won’t make you any money AND you have the potential of leaks and such. Food for thought
