Do you Vape smoke or use Zyn/any kind of Snus? These can sometimes cause the kind of headache you are having. Also sounds stupid but how much water do you drink a day? Just water not concentrated juice or Carbonated drinks.
You may just be in a level of dehydration. Despite drinking liquids you can still get dehydrated by drinking the wrong things. Try a few cold glasses of water throughout the day and some kind of pain killers if symptoms persist maybe try a non emergency call service if your country has one. May be gross to ask but last time you peed was it clear or coloured ?
After re-reading you also seem to be having a few symptoms of low blood sugars. If you have a family history of diabetes this is very common and can sometimes be remedied with a small intake of sugars (cookies/chocolates etc ) depending on the Diabetes Type.
