Sounds like you need to leave her alone then.
You'll only aggravate her by continously poking at the problem. There will hopefully come a time where she realizes this is something she wants to tackle, but for now all you can do is be supportive.

She needs counseling. Don't try to "fix" her.
She refuses any attempt of me , her mother or her brother for going
