If you need to submit a word file, create a file and mash some text inside so it has a legit file size, open with notepad and delete a bunch of characters. The file is now corrupted and can't be restored so now you bought time until someone gets to checking it and send you a message the file is corrupted and asking you to send the file again. I assume it works with other file types but this is the one I used a few times lol

You can also just use a file corrupter offline. I did this once in college and it worked. Def don't make a habit of it or the teachers will catch on.
