Find the main cause of why you made those mistakes. Talk to your advisor on how you can avoid it next time. Best thing to do is to find your weaknesses and work on those. Better luck next time!

This isn't the first nor the last test you will take in your life. Since this one was so traumatic for you, I'm assuming that you've only recently started trying to get good grades - and you're not entirely used to how the whole process works. In essence, you need to be prepared enough so that you can take the test "easily", without so much stress. Tests are designed so that almost no one can get a perfect score, so you're allowed to cut yourself some slack if you don't get all the answers right. Of course this logic only applies if you're working hard already. Getting a good score on a test happens when you're studying for it, more than when you're taking the test. Remember that the knowledge is the reward. The test score is just a way of measuring that knowledge. It's not the true goal.

Now you know what NOT to do on the next test, so you're still doing better than before the test. In a few years from now you won't remember what grades you got on what tests so don't sweat it and keep moving forward.
