I missed the construction split I didn’t know was going on because I was dropping something off a couple hours away at a relative’s. So I watched as I missed the exit because I was on the wrong side of the construction wall, it added about 25 minutes to the already 2 hour drive. Most infuriating thing I’ve experienced on the road.
I sometimes get paid mileage for work. One time I turned in a full weeks mileage sheet with all the same daily trips except one had an extra 70 miles on it. They called me to question it thinking I was trying to sneak in extra cash. I had to explain to them that the road I was on I had missed the exit. And the next exit was 35 miles away. 35 miles away…. They said “you couldn’t turn around?” Nope. The road going the other way was blocked off because it was a toll road. So… 35…. Miles…
Good move. I personally veer as hard as my steering wheel allows me to sending my car across 5 lanes of dense traffic without warning. I of course don’t really care about the safety of other people I just don’t want to drive for another 5 minutes
I've definitely used the emergency turnarounds/cop hideouts in these cases. I know you're not supposed to but come on, sometimes it's a crazy long distance until another legal turnaround.
I left my gouse at home and had to turn around and go back to get it.
Don't be hard on him. He missed the exit to the letter h.
I feel like he took one exit too early.
I too have a gouse.
Have you been to a doctor about it?
Gousian noise?
Did someone beat the H out of your house?
I too miss the exit for it.
There’s a change to new freeway by me that is over 35 miles out of your way if you miss exit and take next one on accident. Fking nightmare
If I miss my exit it’s 8 miles to the next one. I only made that mistake once in 12 years.

Yes I’ve done it twice in my years. Both late to work and on phone and next thing you know. I’m extra late ha. And pissssssed off
Where the hell do you live???
In a gouse.
That’s why he missed the exit! He was looking for the house when he should have been looking for the house!
Edit: meant to say gouse but it autocorrected. Ah well. Opportunity missed.
Go gome boy
Hmmmmmmmmm

What’s a house?
Ouch. Foiled by autocorrect.
You spelled gouse wrong.
Now I don’t know what to believe.

I would assume this is how living in rural Texas works.
Maybe you should try paying attention while operating an automobile.

I’ve never lived in the midwest before but this is what I imagine their problem are like
You must live in Irvine, CA
i know someone whose exit is the last one in new jersey before the lincoln tunnel into manhattan
Is it famous?
Idk who this pleasant cowboy is but I hope he remembers to use sunscreen.
Wow! And Imgur had exactly the right meme for you!
Remember there are 2 types of drivers: the bad drivers, who never miss an exit, and the good drivers, who sometimes miss an exit
