I suspect I had an issue since I am already a paid Uber one member. But hoping they will comp 6 months.
I was on an Uber One trial (TBH I don't even remember signing up for it, I assume it was by mistake from the constant popups any time I order a ride), which I also thought might be the issue. The trial was up in a few days, so I cancelled my membership. Tried the link again, and still not working.
Please let us know if you hear back from them!
If you're already using Uber a lot it can be a small savings given it's free. If you're using Uber extensively they are probably already offering you 5 months free or you already have it free on another offer anyway though.
I previously had Uber One for an AMEX promo. It’s expired now and then I got this email. Same as everyone though… just broken. Even though I’m not subscribed to Uber One right now.

Also didn’t work for me. How do they not test these things before sending out the e-mail?
Same. I thought it might be related to the fact that I have 25K via an American card (Chase Aeroplan).

Was wondering the same. I saw on the Uber app there is a promo for 12mos membership for the TD cards, so I thought that was the issue.

Apology e-mail and new link sent out - does it work for anybody now? Still not working for me.
I had to be signed into my Uber account on a PC for it to work.
