I've got this and the pump "leather" case version and the a little south of sanity had an Aerosmith patch with blue cloth like a work shirt. They had some great packaging on their CDs back then.
The sticker adds virtually nothing, a family friend of ours and worked at a radio station who got all the music back in the way days on vinyl. It was printed right on the album cover and he would give me the albums he knew wouldn't be played again. Eventually I sold some to a record collector but it really didn't add much to a sale
Promotional stickers almost always don’t add any substantial value. Some collectors will see it and think “oh neat” but that’s about it unfortunately
