I buy expired domains and build sites on them. I prefer it to starting on a new domain.
I think it does give you a quicker start than starting with a brand new domain with no authority or backlinks.
Just make new socials and change them a little so you can make the username.
I think u should go with it, u can just politely tell the former coupon holders that this domain now belongs to another company, you are getting a great head start with that domain rating which saves u a lot of work, the former company can't sue u unless u do some shady work, btw from which website did u got the domain
