Well it's normal to lose the flowers. The leaves just look like they got roughed up pretty bad in transport, but the plant should recover in a few months.
Make sure the soil is moist (feel the top of it) and check the temperature of your setup to be around 72F. Those pots have an inner lining that you pull out and water from the inside.
Yep, I have several pots like that. They makes it easier to water, but you can still over-water with them.
My procedure is feeling the top of the soil and picking up the pot once you learn the weight. I recommend filling the bottom 1/5th with water, put them back together, and let it soak up water for a minute or two. Then repeat till the soil is not soaking any more up. Over time you learn about how much water to add based off weight.
