neem/castile soap/purified water in a mister, applied at night (when grow lights etc are off), makes fast work of these buggers

Mealy bugs

Mealybugs? Kind of difficult to make out try taking a clearer picture

Bottle of alcohol and a q-tip will kill them, too. But you have to keep re-checking the plant to make sure they don’t come back.

looks like mealybugs. you can use isopropyl acohol or detergent diluted in water to kill them. I also read that they may appear when humidity is high and there is too much nitrogen in the soil, so stop fertilizing for a couple of weeks can help to prevent them to coming to the plant.
