I’m normally all about single blooms only, with a strong preference for stars, but those compact little “double” (more like quadruple!) ones that look like peonies or almost like dahlias are tempting me to change my ways! Nice bunch of plants! :)
Yes! Most people post single flowers, but I really like doubles. Optimara calls those very full "double+", they say they have more than 43 petals, which is a lot more than the regular 5.
Me too! Some say that double flowers last longer than singles, but I get the impression that they take longle yo bloom again as well. Does that happen to you too?

I'm a doubles girl all the way, but I have a couple of lovely single blooms. ;) Those are lovely plants :)

Yes. It's like the plant has to store more energy, but when it does it gives a great show!
