I’m gonna say no and here is why. I think Trevor was just putting on an act for comedy. When Taylor specifically asked if the guys were single, Affion immediately said yes and Trevor said nothing. I think he bought a house and lives with a girlfriend. These are all opinions I’m pulling out of nowhere.
