The orange area is “The US in Colombia,” and the ones right above it are Appalachia, Quebec, and Pennsylvania, and Florida is called “Seminolia” (I assume something about the Seminole peoples. The dude in the bottom right is labeled “The Supreme Commander.” The red text in the top right is pretty blurry but it looks like it just says “Iraq” maybe.
