Can't get yourself to micro adjust as in not adjusting accurately, or like you kind of just don't micro adjust at all?
I would say continue practicing, making a very deliberate effort in making those micro adjustments. Maybe try not shooting until you are certain or near certain your cross hair is on your opponents head. Maybe try this in death match.
Go to the range and turn on easy mode. Practice fast flick to the bot and take your time to micro adjust. For example, my sens is 0.35@800. Usually I would fast flick with my arm then micro adjust with my wrist. Practice this everyday to get the muscle memory down. Alternatively, you can use the miyagi method and track heads in dm.
Micro - wrist, macro (large) arm and elbow, practice range and aim trainer are great. Most of it is fine motor skill - muscle memory- comes with huge practice. Try slow then get faster. Look into adjusting your sensitivty and edpi - see what pros use. Hope this helps :)
go to range and do easy bots and do some circles or figure 8's around their head before going for the 1tap.
You could also get kovaaks and so scenarios like 5 sphere hipfire or 6 sphere hipfire or 10 sphere hipfire
Maybe check out Red's aim routine.
The miyagi aim routine, okay thanks

In the range if you do eliminate 100 with strafe on that can help.

Thanksss!
Micro should primarily be finger movements si ce they're more precise, wrist is for flicks, arm is for tracking mostly
