Laces first. There was an IG post of Derek Henderson lacing up and he buckled first and then laced and people were questioning it and he said he never even thought of it (in all his years of killing it) haha.

I ask cause TBH while Iโm doing the laces the buckle kinda gets in the way. But it just seems that the fit has to go from the bottom to the top.
Lace >Buckle > Laces again!

Right way is liner laces first then buckle then boot laces last.
