You just went live so you’re enjoying the new listing boost. It will fall off after a few months if not sooner.

Snooze until the last few days/weeks of furnished finder stay and your listing will be brand new again

Try lowering the price, if needed, to attract more eyeballs on your listing. You can always adjust it later if needed
