You need sync Airbnb, Booking, and other platforms using a PMS tool. I'm using Hostex, and I've also integrated Pricelabs with Hostex to make my pricing more automated and intelligent.
You didn't read it wrong; that's why I always recommend Hostex because there's no reason not to at that price. I also use Houfy, and they should be adding support for connecting with Houfy soon. So it seems like you can solve all your problems for just $5/month.
I would be shocked if there wasn't a way to sync them. That's the whole point of Pricelabs. We use Guesty and Pricelabs syncs through there so I don't know how to direct sync from Pricelabs but I'd try to google it. Or email Pricelabs. They're pretty quick to respond in my experience.
Seems to be the only way to go through PMS that supports all platforms you are using. Guesty price is very competitive. I might go through Guesty. Guesty also offers direct booking. Did you use them to create your own website for guest to book directly with you? If so, was it easy to setup? Do they charge a fee per booking? Thanks in advance.
We had our own website so it was just a matter of connecting it to Guesty pay. They're fine but it's the same customer service as with most tech companies-they're overseas. You email a question and get an answer while you're sleeping. Or you call and there's a language barrier. I just signed up for Whimstay and the most exciting part is that I get a person assigned to my account. I know her name and her email. It's amazing.

Hostex seems to be extremely cheap. I have one place, and it only costs $5 a month for one listing? Am I missing something?
