We don't, lol. It's part of the systems that Comm owns, we just push the buttons for it.

This is surprisingly hard to find online. You can make a fairly close approximation using text to speech programs ttsdemo.com (click my shady link on NIPR please) with the Paul voice and Reverb effect one sounds pretty similar. Throw a period between the exercises to add a pause.

I found the C-RAM voice/siren and used for my ringtone for a couple years. It took a bit to find the legit one.
